Our mentored, metrics-driven Residency helps licensed cosmetologists become chair-ready faster than traditional assistant paths. For guests, that means more availability and great results under educator oversight. Link out to the Residency page for details.
Be a Model (save while supporting rising talent)
Residents regularly need models for goal-based looks (e.g., balayage, blonding refresh, layered cuts & more). Sessions may run longer and are photographed for education/portfolio purposes with senior oversight. To apply: open Appointments → Current Residents, choose a Resident, and submit the Model Interest Form on their bio.
Our products & standards
We prioritize clean color and ethical nail systems. For hair, we use Oligo Calura permanent-shine color—formulated ammonia-free and PPD-free—and track every gram with Vish (Bluetooth scale + app) so your exact color history is saved and repeatable.
Nail systems we trust (low-odor & pro-grade):
• Aprés Gel-X® — the original full-coverage soft-gel extension system; soak-off removal and no strong monomer odors with minimal filing/dust.
• The GelBottle Inc. — professional gel color that’s Leaping Bunny–certified, vegan, and cruelty-free.
• Young Nails — select lines (e.g., pro polish) are 16-free, vegan, and cruelty-free.
• Mia Secret Odorless Monomer — formulated to avoid the traditional monomer smell, helpful for guest’s sensitive to odors.
