Lux Lox Salon is beyond excited to welcome Frankie Krawczyk, a recent Paul Mitchell graduate, to our team! Frankie is a multi-talented and detail-oriented stylist with an inherent passion for creating and sharing art, qualities we truly cherish in our beauty professionals.

Frankie has always been drawn to creativity, and cosmetology became the perfect way to channel that passion while connecting with others. Behind the chair, she’s known for her warm, outgoing personality and ability to create a comfortable, personalized experience for every guest. Her goal is always to help clients feel like the most authentic and confident version of themselves.
Currently, Frankie is sharpening her skills in cutting, extensions, vivids, and blonding, with the drive to become a well-rounded stylist who can bring any vision to life. She chose Lux Lox Salon for its luxury education and commitment to delivering elevated guest experiences—an environment where she can grow while giving her best to every client.
Outside of the salon, Frankie speaks both English and American Sign Language. She enjoys reading, jiu-jitsu training, college football, fitness, and spending time with her cat, Jax. Inspired by music and nature, Frankie brings creativity, discipline, and fresh energy to the Lux Lox stage.

We’re excited to announce that Frankie is now accepting models as she begins her hands-on training at Lux Lox! This is a great opportunity to enjoy professional salon services at a discounted model rate, while supporting a passionate new stylist in building her skills and confidence.
Frankie is currently looking for models for:
– Blowouts & round brushing
– Root touch-ups & all-over color
– Glossing/toning treatments
– Highlights & balayage (partial/full)
– Haircuts (long layers, trims, bobs, etc.)
– Curly cuts (all textures welcome!)
– Fringe/bang shaping
– Creative/vivid color
– Shags, mullets & alternative styles
– Deep conditioning & scalp treatments
Model Requirements:
To ensure you’re a great fit for your selected service, please note the following:
– Creative and blonding services require healthy, virgin, or minimally processed hair
– If your hair is color-treated, heavily lightened, or damaged, please note that on your form so we can recommend the safest and most effective service
– For curly cuts, arrive with clean, dry curls in their natural pattern (no buns, braids, or heavy styling products)

✔️ Consent to respectful before/after photos for training & social use
✔️ Willing to leave a review if you’re happy with your results
